Scope and Content note

This series contains punk fanzines from MAXIMUM ROCKNROLL. The zine released its first issue in 1982 and continues to run today. This series contains issues from 1983-2011, depicting the punk lifestyle from the United States and around the world, including one issue looking at the punk scene in the U.S.S.R. in 1991. Because the zine has been published for over three decades, it is able to reflect the changes overtime in the punk scene.
